A new feature is in construction at Mau King. Experienced players (Professional or higher), will be empowered to create clans. Players can ask to join a clan, and the clan leader can either accept them or reject them. The most successfull clans will be displayed in a new tab in the Leaderboard. Members of a clan will also have some other benefits...

Many people asked for this feature, and finally we have come out with it -- You can now select your Nation while editing your profile, and your personal success will contribute to your Nation's leaderboard! It is that simple - your personal success stays yours and you keep building your own Mau Mau professional profile. Your experience simply gets counted in your Nations's overall experience.
However, we do understand that some people want to stay neutral -- that is ok too. You can select to be neutral and stay like that. Your XP will not be counted in any nation and that is all. But if you ever change your mind, you can set your nation in the Edit Profile balloon on the main screen. And you can change it any number of times. It is there just for the fun of it!

The more the merrier, as they say, and so is in Mau King - if we attract more players, games will be funnier to play. Therefore the initiative has started: for every share you make on any public place, forum, your Facebook status update, with a nice explanation about Mau King, or how it is played, or a simple invitation to join, you get a number of chips:

|2.||$5.000 chips & 3.000 XP points!!!|
The card game from the shedding family of card games, Mau Mau is easily picked up by anyone who ever played Uno™, Flaps, Crazy 8’s, Switch or any similar name. In Mau King, you can play Mau-Mau on your Android device, or right here, in your browser! Players who download the Android app from Google Play and players who play in the browser - all play together.
The game starts with six cards in each player’s hands, and one initial card on the table face-up. A random player starts first. When playing with physical cards, the deck is cut before dealing and if any power cards are found at the cut point, they are given to the cutter. In Mau King, this is actually simulated by the computer under the hood at the start of every game, and cards potentially rewarded to an assigned cutter. Complete card game rules of Mau-Mau on the dedicated page.
